Heat Press / Sublimation
Heat press, or in the other term sublimation, is the printing method of using high temperature heat to transfer the graphics which is printed on polymer coated paper to the fabric. This method is normally used for smaller quantity order. The advantage of this method is the graphics can be in gradient graphics or full color photos, and it is a time saving method due to no color separation process is involved. Nevertheless, sublimation can only be apply on light or soft color fabric, it is not suitable for certain fabrics such as pure cotton. It shows better result on microfiber.
