Silk Screen Printing
Silkscreen printing is the general term for transfering water base and rubber base ink onto fabric with the support of silk material screen and stencil, using a woven mesh. This is the most common printing technology, it can be apply on either vibrant colors fabric, or even dark color fabric. However, silkscreen printing has its disadvantage, this method is unable to produce gradient colors. Besides this, the production time will take up at least 3 days due to the color separation process.

CMYK Silk Screen
CMYK Silkscreen printing method is by using stencil and woven mesh to transfer the graphic to the fabric. This technology can be used on any color fabric, but however the outcome of the color and the image quality can only achieve 50% of the original piece. Besides this, the production time will take up at least 3 days due to the color separation process.

Sticker Press
Sticker press is done by using high definition printer to print out the graphic or photo to a high-elastic film and transfer it to fabric using high temperature compression. This is the most common method for small quantity production. We are using US imported high-elastic film to achieve the best outcome quality, it has the advantage of non fade, non crack, non peel compare to those low quality film. It is consider as the finest quality of all and time saving method as well. Costly is the only disadvantage.

Heat Press / Sublimation
Heat press, or in the other term sublimation, is the printing method of using high temperature heat to transfer the graphics which is printed on polymer coated paper to the fabric. This method is normally used for smaller quantity order. The advantage of this method is the graphics can be in gradient graphics or full color photos, and it is a time saving method due to no color separation process is involved. Nevertheless, sublimation can only be apply on light or soft color fabric, it is not suitable for certain fabrics such as pure cotton. It shows better result on microfiber.

Embroidery is a method by using stitching machine to produce the graphic. It is normally will be stitched on left or right pocket, or the side of the sleeves. It is capable to produce Chinese character as small as 1cm, or English alphabet as small as 0.5cm.
